Manufacturing Careers Internship Program (MCIP)

Manufacturing Careers Internship Program allows you to earn money while you learn about career options in the manufacturing industry. The program starts with a boot camp that leads to a paid internship.

During the boot camp you’ll visit a variety of local companies to get an understanding of the work environment, as well as make connections with employers that are ready to hire. Through the boot camp you will learn work-readiness skills, resume and interview secrets, what makes you stand out to employers and earn forklift driving and OSHA certifications.

The paid internship is the first step to starting a career in the manufacturing industry, a stable, high paying and growing industry.

Services are available to those who are:

  • Between the ages of 18 and 24
  • Out of high school
